David Colwill - President of Leadership Solutions Pte Ltd
David has a wealth of experience spanning some 30 years of retailing, consulting and manufacturing.
Prior to establishing Leadership Solutions Pte Ltd, David worked for Nestlé SA, based in their central office in Switzerland. In this role, David was responsible for guiding the development of the global training strategy, and the creation of training solutions that targeted the necessary processes and skills for the commercial teams within the organisation. His mandate covered all aspects of dealing with sales teams within both the "modern" trade and the more traditional operational methods.
During his time with Nestlé, David also acted in the capacity of Co-Chairman of ECR Asia and was on the board of Convenience Asia to assist in developing the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry throughout Asia.
Prior to joining Nestlé, David was Director of Category Management, Singapore with Dairy Farm International. In this capacity, David was responsible for managing the merchandising functions and the development of strategic category plans for the Group's businesses in Singapore, including Cold Storage Supermarkets, 7-Eleven Convenience Stores, and Guardian.
Prior to moving to Singapore, David successfully managed his own consultancy practice where he was involved in numerous projects providing advice and training services to retailers and manufacturers of the fast moving consumer goods industry across Australia and Asia. He was able to do this due to his prior retailing experience. His extensive retail career began with Coles Supermarkets in Australia in 1974. Over 18 years at Coles, he held various senior management positions in operations, personnel, merchandising, sales and marketing.
His exposure has given him invaluable knowledge of the global supply and retailer base, and he enjoys strong supplier and retailer relationships. David has comprehensive interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills and has undertaken consulting, training and facilitation projects for over 100 corporations across 30 nations.
David lives with his family in Melbourne Australia.

Tim Hockings - Consultant Leadership Solutions Pte Ltd
With 28 years of retail experience Tim has worked across the FMCG retail environment from Store Management through to Buying & Category Management roles. Most recently as a Business Development Manager with the primary role of developing and executing the plan to revitalise the Private Label strategy within Australia's second largest Supermarket chain.
Tim has a record of accomplishment as an effective change agent driving quality, value and efficiency into the retail environment with a strong Customer Service focus. In depth commercial acumen built around a career in retail with the most recent achievements of recruitment & team building, revenue growth and increasing market share.
Experience in the implementation of world class technology in Space Management has allowed Tim to develop and implement initiatives that have increased service levels, increased stock turns and reduced inventory at both the retail and distribution centre level with significant savings in capital management. Tim also held a position on the board of ECR Australasia (part of the AFCG) for a period of 18 months and represented Coles Supermarkets in a number of supply chain initiatives.
Tim lives in Melbourne Australia. His passions include computers, and snowboarding (anywhere steep and fast) and watching his family grow.

Gregory Yeo - Consultant Leadership Solutions Pte Ltd
Gregory started his career with Dairy Farm International Retail Group initially as a Section Manager and then progressed to the position of Supermarket Manager with the responsibility for the flagship store. Gregory then joined another retailer NTUC FairPrice in the Merchandising department and was responsible for a group of buyers. The other key responsibilities included New Line Selection, Promotion, Trade Terms Management and Private Label Development.
The next career move was to Ben Foods Singapore (an Agency and Trading House) with Marketing Management Responsibilities. It is with this company that Gregory acquired his experiences in Foodservices focusing on the Transportation, Hotel & Catering and Quick Service Restaurant channels.
In 1991, Gregory moved to Nestle, starting initially as a Manager for the Supermarket channel in Singapore. Subsequently, Gregory was posted to Nestle New Zealand working to understand the aspects of Key Account Management. On his return, he was promoted to the position of National Sales Manager looking after both the Traditional and Modern Trade. In 2000, he moved onto a functional role as a Regional Sales Training Manager with responsibilities spanning the Nestle countries from Africa, Oceania, Middle East and Asia. In 2004, he moved on to the Nestle Waters Business as their International Sales Training Director with the accountability to improve the Capability and Competency Development of the sales forces.
