With one of the world's leading food manufacturers, Gregory acquired significant experience leading sales teams & developing the sales capability & competency in core markets throughout Africa, Asia, Oceania and the Middle East. She started in Nutrexpa, one of the biggest Spanish Food companies, where she worked for 5 years in Marketing. In 1996 she joined Reckitt Benckiser (RB), worldwide leader company in Household Cleaning and Healthcare.

During her 10 years in RB, Yolanda was Category Manager in Spain, Marketing Director Israel and last, Trade Marketing Director Spain, being part of the Management Committee.

She offers word-class Marketing and Trade Marketing background, combined with a "down-to-earth", results-oriented attitude, and a proven capacity to lead and motivate teams.

Most recently, Veronica has been applying her expertise in the emerging modern retail sector within India.

She has led customer facing teams including a national, territory sales organisation of several hundred, managing FMCG and consumer healthcare complexities across grocery, impulse and foodservice.

Kate believes passionately that capability development is a fundamental business imperative; her consulting career to date has focused on developing excellence through inspirational leadership, clear thinking and straight talking.

Commencing her career as a marketing professional with multinational companies such as Gillette, Kimberly-Clark, Bristol-Myers and Dairy Farm throughout Asia, Margaret has recently been focused on Pharmaceutical (Rx & OTC), CPG and retailing clients.

Ms. Shih holds both MSc and MBA degrees from University of London, has been a licensed Dietician in Taiwan since 1992 and been delivering remarkable projects covering prescription advertising strategies, marketing & branding; organisation integration & change management; retailer’s new business development; built the 1st OTC territory distributor system in Taiwan.
